Bon vs Goji (The Walten Files vs The Man in the Suit) Blog

“I will destroy you in the most beautiful way possible. And when I leave, you will finally understand why storms are named after people.”
-Caitlyn Siehl

Bon, the murderous animatronic rabbit from the Walten Files.

Goji, the actor turned “god” from The Man in the Suit

Entertainment can be found in many ways, but one way in particular is mascots. Whether it be a movie icon or a robot for restaurants, there would be many ways for people to be entertained. However, not all forms of entertainment are safe. Some could come alive, take a darker turn, and turn others into monsters like themselves, such as these two combatants.

For both of them, we’ll use the series they originally appeared in, namely The Walten Files and The Man in the Suit. However, on Goji’s end, we’ll also include Suitborn due to it being officially endorsed by Unknowingly and due to it not really contradicting canon.

Background

Bon

“Welcome to Wo nderland

y our newh ome

Isn’ t it

Bautiful?”

It was the year 1970. A burger restaurant called “Bon’s Burgers” would be opened by two GREAT friends named Jack Walten and Felix Kranken. At that time, their newest invention was astonishing! Animatronic robots that could sing and move on their own! And with that, and some help from Jack’s wife, Rosemary Walten, who designed the animatronic, and from lead technician Susan Wooding, Bon the Dancing Rabbit was born. Things were going pretty smoothly, as Bon’s Burgers surged in popularity. However, things would take a turn for the worse in the year 1974. While picking up Jack’s kids from a school party, Felix was under the influence of alcohol after his recent divorce from his wife. While on the road, Felix would fall asleep, only to wake up the next morning and find his crashed car and two dead kids in the back seat. Burying their bodies and keeping the Rocket plush they had with him. After telling Jack a slight truth about what happened, a fight breaks out. These two men were NO LONGER friends. After the whole ordeal, Felix would lock himself away in his home, while Jack would hold a funeral and disappear a few days after. Two days after the funeral, on June 30th, Felix would hide the Rocket plush in the backstage area, where Susan Wooding would perform some final maintenance on the animatronics. Suddenly, a spirit would waltz in. Possessing the Bon animatronic. It had one thing in mind. IT HAD TO MAKE EVERYONE BEAUTIFUL. Once Susan was getting ready to check up on Bon, the animatronic would come to life and brutally kill her. Snapping her neck in the process. Soon enough, Susan’s soul would wake up in a white void known as “Wonderland,” in which she would meet her killer. His name was “Bon.” He would convince Susan to adopt a new body, so that she would be beautiful and reborn. She was now Banny.

Some time later, Rosemary Walten would search the old bunker for animatronics to search for her husband’s whereabouts after his disappearance. She then heard a voice from backstage, telling her he knows where her husband was. Going there, by the time she went backstage, like the voice told her to, her missing husband wasn’t there. Instead, she found a rabbit, which Bon would promptly mock and kill her, trapping her soul within Sha the Sheep. Many others would then meet the same fate as Susan and Rosemary later on, at the hands of “Bon.” Charles Brook would get turned into Boozoo the Magician, Ashley Parks would get turned into Billy the Clown, and Brian Brooks would get murdered and left to die. There was only one target left for “Bon.” Sophie Walten, who, after a traumatic event, forgot her past, is slowly trying to piece together her lost memories by figuring out the mystery of Bon’s Burgers. While we don’t know where their stories will go, one thing is for certain. They will eventually meet, and we will soon see if Bon’s tapestry of beauty will be complete.

Goji

Godzilla. The King of the Monsters. Created when an atomic bomb destroyed his home and killed his family, he rose to destroy Japan, becoming the symbol of the atomic bomb. However, something… strange happened when Godzilla showed up on the big screen for the first time. The actor wearing the Godzilla suit kept the suit on, and called himself “Goji,” and it got to the point where the people there decided to take the suit off him. However, instead of there being a man in a suit, the man FUSED with the suit and became the suit itself. While that has caused some concerns, Toho decided to leave it be because the movies were generating them a ton of money, so they continued making movies. However, as movies went on and more actors went in suits, Goji attacked them and infected them all to be like him, except for a man in a King Kong suit, whom he instead killed. Why? Because that man was an American, and the actor who became Goji had his family killed by an atomic bomb. The atomic bomb was made by the Americans. The atomic bomb led to the actor fusing with the suit due to the radiation of the bomb. As Goji continued to live, he was evolving, gaining new abilities, and with there being potentially no limit, the protagonist decided to end it before it got too out of hand, and shot Goji with a shotgun. Unfortunately for him, Goji had started to regenerate. While we don’t know what happened next (THANKS GODZILLA FANS), whether Goji’s madness was eventually put to an end or Goji eventually got his revenge and destroyed everything, the fact that Goji became the literal representation of what Godzilla was meant to represent would be immortalized, just like Godzilla himself.

Experience and Intelligence

Bon

Bon surprisingly has some experience and is HIGHLY intelligent. He is also a master at manipulating, as he tricks people while utilizing the voices of others, which allows him to leave them vulnerable so he can go in for the kill. He is quite impressive at emotionally manipulating others, and quite persuasive with his words, making them think that what he is doing, the twisted and horrible thing…was right. He was making them beautiful. Along with all this, he is extremely brutal and precise with his killings, ranging from deforming people's faces, ripping off all their limbs, snapping necks, and more. He is quite cunning on top of that, being able to efficiently stalk his prey, presumably using his spirit form or utilizing it to access areas that the animatronic cannot reach.

Goji

Despite this not being his original body, Goji was able to quickly adapt to using his new body to his advantage. In terms of combat, he generally has a simplistic combat style of ripping his opponent to shreds and physically overpowering them, fitting considering that he looks like a beast. He can also do some quick thinking mid-battle, such as using his Boiling Blood to infect the actor while being unable to physically reach the actor (more on Boiling Blood later), and shutting off power boxes when cornered. Outside of battle, he does have intelligence, via tricking the protag via a forged letter and mailing a message to him to explain his motives. However, it’s important to know that due to his mutations (more on that later), he is becoming more and more beastlike, so that intelligence will eventually get replaced with animalistic tendencies.

Powers and Abilities

Bon

Information Analysis

The Bon animatronic, like the others, possesses the ability to scan people’s faces in order to recognize who they are. Although his is kinda funky, as he mistook Brian Stells for Sophie Walten in the first episode…in which he killed him in a fit of rage.

Enhanced Senses

The Bon animatronic’s facial recognition system, along with this, seemingly can detect spirits and scan their face. Along with this, he may be able to know where people or other animatronics are in the same room as him.

Voice Mimicry

Immortality (Types 2, 5, and 7) + Incorporeality

“Bon,” due to being a spirit, is already dead. Although due to his existence within Wonderland, “Bon” is possibly in a state of being dead and alive at the same time, like other inhabitants of Wonderland.

Possession

Yup. Due to him being a spirit, he can possess the Bon animatronic. But can also seemingly possess other tech like arcade machines (or possibly even people)

Teleportation / Body Swapping

In Hotline, as shown above, “Bon” is seemingly able to teleport, as he was trying to catch David. Although it could just be that he is swapping bodies between himself and the animatronic, as Bon the animatronic couldn’t fit in the door, which he quickly disappeared for a split second before “Bon” appeared in front of David, and consistently swapped.

Blood Manipulation

A very weird ability he has. “Bon” was seemingly able to make his animatronic body start leaking blood from its eyes. Probably just for shits and giggles.

Telekinesis (Debatable)

When Rosemary Walten was being dismembered, we see Bon animatronic do it, but then see this shadow man in the back. This most likely is “Bon,” as it is seen whenever the Bon animatronic is around. So it could be possible that he can just control the animatronic from a distance.

Technology Manipulation

In the series, Bon most likely can mess with technology. As shown in the introductory tapes, it all seemingly is his doing. If you want more proof, the whole time, “Bon” was in possession of the Bunny Farm arcade game, in which he was causing constant distortions and glitches. He even manipulated Billy the animatronic’s cassette player.

Spatial Manipulation (Debatable)

In the episode Relocation Project, Banny goes through multiple rooms that seemingly lead back to where she started, as shown above. This is further backed up by the fact that this area is not present in the Bon’s Burgers restaurant, which could indicate that “Bon” was responsible. However, it's a bit iffy.

Limited Soul Manipulation + BFR

“Bon”, when incapacitating his victims, can take their spirits to Wonderland, which is a world where a person is neither dead nor alive. He can then manipulate them into taking a new vessel, or just leave them there to die, like what he did with Brian Stells. Along with this, he can seemingly damage spirits. As when Bon killed Susan Wooding by snapping her neck, her snapped neck still appeared as it was in Wonderland.

Goji

Suit Physiology

Since Goji is a man fused with a suit, his body would naturally be different compared to the average person. For starters, his new form grants him claws, teeth, and a tail that could be used to tear anyone who gets in his way to shreds. Secondly, with the suit becoming his skin, Goji can see where the suit’s eyes are, and he has perfect control over his body, being able to feel what the suit feels.

Regeneration

Like Godzilla himself, Goji has the ability to regenerate, such as when he regenerated his extracted dorsal plates and regenerated from a shotgun blast.

Boiling Blood

Goji’s most iconic ability, after a charge-up where he violently shakes for a bit, he can vomit a substance dubbed “Boiling Blood”. The blood is acidic and radioactive, and it’s the primary source of his infection ability. Speaking of that infection ability…

Infection

When Goji either bites someone or blasts them with Boiling Blood, he is able to infect people, making them fused to their suits like him, as he did to the actors he infected. (Will go over infected actors later) Something important to mention is that Goji can telepathically talk to the infected actors.

Evolution

Goji is capable of evolving over a long period of time, with him getting animalistic properties, and said evolution being the reason why he gained his Boiling Blood abilities. Given enough time, he can grow to the size of the actual Godzilla, but given how slow his evolution is, it’s unlikely for that to happen mid-fight.

Hallucinations / Mental Manipulation / Summoning?

In Suitborn, whenever you get a lot of anxiety, hallucinations of Goji would appear on screen, and when your anxiety reaches 100, text would appear on the screen as a hallucination of Goji dubbed “Ghostborn” shows up to attack you.

Armies

Bon

Now, for Bon’s armies, this is an interesting case. They are spirits of victims that Bon killed, but they don’t have to obey him. However, “Bon” utilizes some of them for distractions, and all of them, including “Bon,” possessed an arcade machine Sophie was playing, as shown in the entirety of Bunnyfarm. So it should be fine to use them.

Banny the Bunny

Possessed by Susan Wooding, while she hasn’t done anything yet, having a steel endoskeleton and possibly possessing the same strength as Bon helps.

Boozoo the Magician

Possessed by Charles Brook, it has a music box that it can utilize to distract targets, and Charles’ spirit can briefly exit the body to distract as well. Add on the fact that it has a steel endoskeleton!

Sha the Sheep

Possessed by Rosemary Walten, she has a facial recognition device within her eyes and has sharp canines that allow her to potentially give a harder bite. (And again, having a metal endoskeleton)

Billy the Clown

Possessed by Ashley Parks. Nothing too special, although it has a music tape within its stomach, which is perfect for distracting unsuspecting targets.

Goji

Anguirus

The first of Goji’s victims. An actor who decided to play as Anguirus, Goji infected and turned him into a quadrupedal monster. In Suitborn, there are two Anguirus monsters, named Bart and Dart.

Mosura

A woman who wanted to make her parents proud, she was sadly turned into Goji’s next victim. While she’s in a cocoon, she is capable of spraying an orange gas, either poisonous or radioactive.

Ghidorah

The most recent actor infected by Goji at the time of the series, while we don’t know anything about the suit’s capabilities, having three heads means that he has three ways to bite you.

Ghostborn

This hallucination of Goji, dubbed “Ghostborn”, shows up in Suitborn when your anxiety reaches 100 to attack you. However, due to it only appearing during a panic attack, it would only show up against people who get anxiety easily.

Csybot / Cybot

Introduced in Night 2 of Suitborn, Csybot (or named as Cybot) would go after threats whenever you don’t look at it. While it isn’t an infected actor, considering that it tries to kill you like Goji and the other infected actors do, it should be fine to include it in Goji’s forces.

Resistances

Bon

None lol. Unless you wanna include specific resistances that ghosts have and whatnot.

Scaling

Bon

Lorenzo Waterman (And Rachel Waterman)

Now, while the Pumpkin Rabbit and the Walten Files are two different series (with the Pumpkin Rabbit stories probably being fiction within the Walten Files verse), it should be fine that Bon scales to Lorenzo and Rachel, as supposedly Martin Walls said himself that Bon would beat Lorenzo in a fight. While the credibility of this is iffy, doing something as simple as comparing feats would paint a clearer picture.

Goji

Nobody lmao

Weaknesses

Bon

While Bon is cunning at what he does and a master manipulator, he has some flaws. For starters, he mostly doesn’t go in directly for kills, just usually catching his victim off guard or leading them to an area where they can’t escape him. Additionally, his support, while technically under him and can be used by him, doesn’t really have to obey him. It's just that there is nothing they can do, with them only being able to call out for help. Finally, if his main body is damaged too much to the point where he can’t control it manually, he can’t really do much. Either going to possess another object to tether him to the world, or just staying in Wonderland until he eventually dissipates.

Goji

Although he calls himself “God”, Goji is FAR from perfect. For starters, his fighting style doesn’t really have much thought put into it outside of him ripping apart his opponents, meaning anyone with skill and experience can easily outmaneuver him. His Boiling Breath has a pretty obvious charge-up with a noticeable sign that he’s charging it up (his violent shaking), so he can’t just spam it whenever he wants. Also, while he can regenerate, it takes time, so it’s possible to overpower him. Finally, he’s racist towards Americans, and wouldn’t infect them and would instead try to kill them, like how he drowned the Kong suit actor, so that could screw him over depending on the opponent.

Before the Verdict

Bon

Does Bon really scale to Lorenzo Waterman?

So the question, as shown before, can Bon scale to Lorenzo Waterman from the Pumpkin Rabbit mini-series. First off, let's get one thing out of the way. The Pumpkin Rabbit mini-series is straight up not canon to Walten Files. Just obviously by looking at the animal characters and whatnot. So how does Bon scale to this? Well, according to a statement by the creator of both series, Martin Walls, he states that if Bon and Lorenzo were to get into a fight, Bon would beat him. However, this statement has only been shown on the Walten Files wiki. It is presumed it came from a QNA, but at the time of making this blog, no one has found it. Do keep in mind that the wiki does do a good job at keeping misinformation from seeping in. But one vague statement isn’t enough.

One other thing that is honestly much simpler is just comparing their feats. Bon usually stalks his targets, knowing about their patterns and whatnot, to then catch them off guard and kill them. Do keep in mind that the people he kills are full-grown adults. Meanwhile, Lorenzo doesn’t really do that. He ONLY goes after kids. And it's only due to luring them into his house, where they cannot escape. Just going off the fact that Lorenzo and his wife were caught by the town and burned at the stake just shows that they don’t really do well against adults. Another thing to consider is that one is a literal robot, while the other is an organic being. While a bit iffy, Bon should scale to him. Also, tbh it's not like he gets anything substantial from it anyway.

Can Bon scale to Mortality?

So, with our conclusion that Bon scales to Lorenzo, can Bon scale to Mortality from Boozoo’s Ghosts? Short answer…NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. While we could have made a case for Lorenzo, Bon in no way, shape, or form scales to Mortality. First off, by comparing feats, Mortality straight up disintegrated an ENTIRE BUILDING. Then, on top of that, Mortality in this series IS THE PERSONIFICATION OF DEATH (His name LITERALLY is Mortality). Basically, preying on those whom he deems deserving of death if they have harmed others. So in conclusion, no. Bon does not scale to the literal embodiment of death.

Can "Bon" possess people?

Now, one of the main things about spirits in the Walten Files is their ability to possess things. “Bon” possesses the Bon animatronic, Susan possesses Banny, etc. Another thing that seems to be a standard ability for them is to possess other objects, too. Such as when “Bon” and other spirits possessed the arcade machine Sophie Walten was playing to reach out to her. So. For the juicy part. Can “Bon” possess people? This mainly comes from the Walten Files wiki, which states that “Bon” could potentially possess people. But where did this come from? Well, it comes from a character named Anthony Miller, who is the canon uploader for the Walten Files series. Now, Anthony, according to the ARG, is a bit…coo coo? He basically believes in ghosts and is a “ghost hunter” and “paranormal investigator” in Brighton. But the possessing people statement likely comes from when Anthony tried to do an exorcism on a dog that he believed was possessed. Which caused the Hotdog store he was in to burn down.

Now looking at this evidence…yeah, ngtl we don’t really think “Bon” can do this. Firstly, just cause Anthony, as shown in many examples, is not really the most credible guy. Secondly, it just doesn’t really make sense narratively, cuz if “Bon” could really possess people, then the series would probably already be over. It's quite clear that “Bon” is trying to kill Sophie Walten. So if he really could’ve possessed her, what’s stopping him from just coming out of the game she was playing and just taking over her body, slamming her head on the arcade machine until she gets knocked out, and unpossessing her? It just doesn’t add up. So in conclusion, no, Bon can’t possess people.

What counts as a "death" for Bon?

This is totally how Walten Files is gonna end trust

So the main question here is, how do you kill someone who is already dead? Well, it's quite simple. As stated by “Bon” to Susan, if a spirit isn’t tethered to a vessel, they can’t survive, presumably dying for good. While yes, “Bon” can possess other things, but the animatronic is still the vessel he is attached to, in which, even if he possesses things, his vessel shows up instead of him, unless he chooses to. So, for this fight specifically, if “Bon’s” body, the animatronic, gets heavily damaged to the point where it is no longer functional or just outright destroyed, then he loses his vessel and will slowly die in Wonderland unless he can find another vessel in time.

Goji

Did Goji make that hole in the wall?

In Suitborn, the office we play in has a MASSIVE hole in the wall, with us assuming that Goji had done that. However, there are multiple issues with it. The most obvious one is that the feat reaches higher than EVERYTHING done in the series so far. The second one is the fact that we don’t know who made the hole in the wall, and we just assume Goji made it. Finally, even if we assume Goji made it, we don’t know HOW it was made. Was it done with one physical attack? Multiple? Did it take a long period of time? Did it take one or multiple uses of Boiling Blood? We don’t know, and thus this feat is questionable at best and inapplicable at worst.

Is Goji as fast as a car?

Another thing that’s interesting about Goji’s capabilities is that he can either catch up to cars or be as fast as one, with the fastest speed of a 1960s car being 60 mph. Now, is this true? We highly doubt it for two main reasons. The first one is the most obvious one, that there haven’t been any feats that are comparable to that in speed. The second, and most damning one is this. If Goji were as fast as a car, HOW DID THE PROTAGONIST RUN AWAY FROM HIM? The protagonist definitely isn’t as fast as a car, so Goji should’ve instantly grabbed him the moment he started to chase him if he was that fast. Due to this, we find it very unlikely that he’s actually that fast.

Verdict

Stats

These two entertainment turned monsters have quite the resume in terms of their accomplishments. Starting with Bon, his feats generally place him in the Wall levels of power, and scaling to Lorenzo Waterman helps with making it way more consistent. In terms of speed, he was able to catch up to humans who were trying to run away, which would grant him human to maybe athletic human levels of speed, adding on Rachel Waterman’s approximate speed, which is 15.81 m/s, or Superhuman. Moving on to the actor turned god, his physical feats place him in the Street levels of power, while his Boiling Blood reaches the Wall levels of power, and in terms of speed, he was able to chase the protagonist, although he wasn’t able to catch him.

When comparing the stats, there is no contest. While the speed thing is already made clear with Bon catching someone he chased while Goji didn’t, and scaling to Rachel Waterman, who has Superhuman levels of speed, the power gap isn’t close either. Goji’s street-level feats don’t match Bon’s wall-level feats; however, his Boiling Blood is a different story. His Boiling Blood is 0.0015 tons, or 6,283.66 Kilojoules. In comparison, Bon's dismembering of Rosemary Walten reaches 48.76 Kilojoules, a 129.17 times difference. However, Boiling Blood isn’t something Goji physically scales to, so Bon takes stats, although Boiling Blood would be deadly if it lands.

Arsenal and Abilities

Starting with the obvious, arsenal would be a tie as neither Bon nor Goji have an arsenal.

Moving on to abilities, things get interesting. Starting off, both have abilities that they’d either not use or wouldn’t be useful in the long term. On Goji’s end, his infection won’t be a factor since Bon is an animatronic, not a person in a suit, so Goji can’t infect him. Even if he could, Bon being an American mascot would lead to Goji’s racism towards Americans to lean towards Goji wanting to kill him, not infect him, and turn him into a member of his army. Also, any shenanigans, including hallucinations and Ghostborn won’t work here since Bon wouldn’t really feel fear or would get anxiety really easily. On Bon’s end, he generally has abilities that aren’t combat-applicable. Voice manipulation, information analysis, enhanced senses, and blood manipulation- none of those would help him in a direct fight against Goji (except one that will be mentioned later). Telekinesis and spatial manipulation can be useful, but even then, it's debatable if Bon even has them. The only useful ability Bon has is his Soul Manipulation/BFR ability, but it requires him to either bring you to the brink of death or knock you out, so it’s not something that he can just do off-rip, and Goji’s regeneration could make it harder to pull off. On Goji’s end, he has his regeneration, evolution, and Boiling Blood, all of which can be used in a fight. Sure, Boiling Blood requires a charge up, but having a charge up is way more combat applicable than what Bon has to do for his ability, since if he pulls off either of his two conditions for Wonderland, he would’ve already won at that point, even if he didn’t send Goji to Wonderland.

While Bon has more powers in quality, Goji takes abilities due to him actually having combat-applicable powers, his quality beating Bon’s quantity.

Tertiary Factors

In terms of stamina, it should probably be a tie, as neither seems to get tired.
In terms of intelligence, while Goji has moments of intelligence, his evolution would lead to him being more beastlike. In comparison, Bon is an extremely skilled manipulator and is significantly more cunning, likely to utilize his intelligence to stalk Goji from a distance and plan some sort of attack. Bon has intelligence in the bag.
In terms of Skill/Battle IQ, while both of them have torn people apart, Bon does that to defenseless people, while Goji does that while fighting actors in suits as well. Sure, it’s more akin to playfighting if anything, but playfighting is better than tearing apart defenseless victims. Goji takes Skill/Battle IQ.
Finally, in terms of experience, Bon has been around for way longer than Goji and has killed more people than him, so he takes it.
So both tie in stamina, Bon takes experience and intelligence, and Goji takes Skill/Battle IQ.

Armies

While both combatants are terrifying by themselves, neither of them are alone. Goji has the infected suits (and Cybot) while Bon has the spirits of his victims in animatronic suits. Starting off with numbers (excluding Ghostborn for reasons mentioned above), we have Bon’s 4 vs. Goji’s 5, which would have Goji’s army be bigger than Bon’s, and with Goji being able to telepathically communicate with his army (besides Cybot cuz robot), his army would generally be way more coordinated than Bon’s army. In terms of abilities, while Billy’s music tape and Boozoo’s music box could at least be a good distraction, and Mosura’s orange gas wouldn’t be effective on Bon’s army due to them being animatronics, due to Goji’s army being mutated like Goji himself, they should be able to regenerate like he can, which would make the stat advantage Bon’s army has (via comparing Bon’s stats and Goji’s stats) redundant, especially since Bon’s army doesn’t have a way to bypass it. Armies would be a tie.

Conclusion

Bon

  • Takes the stat trinity against Goji
  • Could figure out and dodge the Boiling Blood
  • Smarter / more cunning
  • More experienced
  • Army is stronger and faster than Goji’s…
  • Could possess Cybot for a “second life” if necessary…
  • More abilities...
  • Sending Goji to Wonderland would be an insta win…
  • Bill Cipher scaling (trust)
  • Aura.

Equal:

Disadvantages:

  • but they have no way around the regen
  • … but it’s situational and would get rid of his stat advantage

  • Boiling Blood, while unlikely to be used, would kill him if he’s not careful
  • Less skilled
  • Inferior Battle IQ
  • Army is less coordinated than Goji’s
  • Not as aggressive in battle
  • Walten Files unintentionally created Foxymations
  • BON WHAT ARE WE DOING???

  • Army’s regen makes them harder to kill
  • More combat-applicable abilities…
  • Way more aggressive in battle
  • Regeneration makes him harder to kill…
  • Got a cool Roblox game (Suitborn)
  • Gets amped when fighting Americans (RACISM AMP IS REAL)

Equal:

  • Stamina
  • Both creators are GOATS

Disadvantages:

  • but the chances of him landing it are unlikely, and he has never utilized it for combat
  • … but fewer abilities in general
  • … but Bon sending him to Wonderland would bypass it, even if the process would be hard
  • Less experienced
  • Less intelligent
  • Gets stat stomped
  • Army is weaker than Bon’s
  • The series is likely not gonna continue (THANKS GODZILLA FANS)

This debate is far more interesting than the stat gap would tell you. While Bon has the stats to tear Goji apart, he’s not the type to immediately rip you to shreds. He generally stalks you and keeps an eye on you first before combating you, and Goji’s regeneration would make it hard for Bon to kill him. Whenever Bon tears Goji apart, Goji could just regenerate and keep on fighting, and despite Bon’s physical advantages, one good Boiling Blood would destroy Bon’s body. If he even uses it. Goji has never used Boiling Blood in a combat sense, always utilizing it for infection, or just vomiting it. He could potentially utilize it to destroy Bon’s body eventually; however, Bon could possess Cybot due to Cybot being an animatronic, essentially gaining a “second life”. But, due to Cybot being similar in stats to Goji instead of taking the stat gap, if Bon were to use Cybot to fight Goji, Goji would eventually win due to generally being more skilled and having regeneration, assuming Cybot wasn’t destroyed beforehand. On the other hand, despite Goji’s regeneration, if Bon were to send him to Wonderland, he would be able to bypass the regeneration due to his soul being sent there, and the same would apply to Goji’s army. So basically, we have two scenarios here.

Scenario 1: Bon sends Goji and his army to Wonderland via knocking them out, bypassing their regeneration, and giving him the win.

Scenario 2: Goji catches Bon lacking and hits him with a direct Boiling Blood, destroying Bon’s animatronic body and “killing” him. If Bon were to possess Cybot, all that would do is delay the inevitable, as Goji can just hit him with Boiling Blood again.

So the winner boils down to which scenario would be more likely to occur. Out of these two scenarios, we’d say that Bon’s scenario would be more likely to occur for multiple reasons. The first being that Bon is generally smarter, and after seeing Goji regenerate, he would think of his options, in comparison to Goji wanting to just tear Bon apart. The second being that Goji HAS to land Boiling Blood while Bon’s in his animatronic body, since if Bon’s in his spirit form, Goji has no way to interact with him, and due to Boiling Blood requiring a charge up with Goji violently shaking, unless he catches Bon directly with the first Boiling Blood, AND the fact that he has never used it to fight, it’s unlikely he’ll catch him in general. Meanwhile, Bon would be smart enough to realize that he needs to incapacitate Goji in order to send him to Wonderland. While that wincon is specific, it would be way more likely for Bon to figure out what he needs to do and do it before Goji gets a lucky hit with Boiling Blood. As for the armies, they’d essentially be in a stalemate with the power gap, fighting the regeneration until Bon sends them to Wonderland. This MU was complex, and depending on your interpretation, Goji could’ve won with his aggression, Boiling Blood, and regeneration, but most of us believe that Bon’s stats, intelligence, and ability to send people to Wonderland would put an end to the actor turned nightmare.

“God” was shown wonders, and it was beautiful.

The winner is Bon.

You didn’t announce it as the next blog.” Simply put, we decided to do a surprise Halloween blog for fun, so we chose a simple Halloween-themed MU and made a blog for it; thus, this blog you’re reading right now. Don’t worry, Eddie Riggs vs Rumi is still in production, and nothing else has changed. This was just a side project, and depending on circumstances, we might do something like this again in the future, although there are no guarantees. Underneath this text will be the debate charts summarizing the verdict, both the chart about Goji/Bon themselves and their armies. Stay safe everyone, and Happy Halloween!
